ธนาคารขอแจ้งปรับปรุงบริการ K CASH CONNECT PLUS เพื่อพัฒนาระบบและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริการให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้

เพื่อยกระดับความปลอดภัยในการใช้งานให้มากยิ่งขึ้น ธนาคารเพิ่มขั้นตอนการยืนยันตัวตนแบบ2ชั้น (2FA) ด้วยรหัสผ่าน และ รหัส OTP ทุกครั้งที่มีการเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน
หมายเหตุ: เพื่อให้ท่านสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ขอให้ท่านทำการอัปเดตข้อมูลอีเมล/เบอร์มือถือของผู้ใช้งานให้เป็นปัจจุบัน ผ่าน admin ผู้ดูแลระบบหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้า

| วันอาทิตย์ที่ 8 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ตั้งเวลา 01:00 ถึง 06:30 น. |
ไม่สามารถเข้าสู่ระบบ (Log in) เพื่อดำเนินการทำรายการ หรืออนุมัติรายการในทุกประเภทบริการ รวมถึงไม่สามารถเรียกดูรายงานทุกประเภทได้ ในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว
หมายเหตุ: สำหรับรายการที่ส่งมาล่วงหน้า ระบบจะเริ่มทำรายการหลัง 06:30 น. เป็นต้นไป

To enhance the security of your account, KBank will implement a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) step every time you change your password.
Note: To ensure continued service, please kindly update the user’s email address and mobile phone number to the latest information through your administrator or your relationship manager.

Unable to login to initiate transaction and approve transaction for all products.
Remark: Transactions submitted in advance will be processed starting at 6:30 AM.
