1. รายการ Payroll ล่วงหน้าที่มีผลวันที่ 20 มิถุนายน 2569 จะเข้า
บัญชีล่าช้ากว่าปกติ โดยจะเข้าบัญชีตั้งแต่เวลา 06.00 น.
2. การเรียกดูรายงาน รายการของวันที่ 20 มิถุนายน 2569 จะล่าช้า
กว่าปกติ โดยจะสามารถเรียกรายงานได้ ในเวลา 07.30 น. ของ
วันที่ 20 มิถุนายน 2569
รายงานที่ได้รับผลกระทบ :
- สรุปการสอบถามข้อมูลของวันก่อนหน้า
- รายละเอียดการสอบถามข้อมูลของวันก่อนหน้า
- รายการเดินบัญชีที่แสดงรหัสอ้างอิง Teller ID
- ACCHISTXT - PRIOR DAY INQUIRY - DETAIL
- ACCMT940 - MT940
- ACCSAP940 - SAP940

ธนาคารได้ปรับปรุงระบบให้สามารถ ค้นหาและเรียงข้อมูลตามชื่อบริษัทได้ง่ายขึ้น พร้อมทั้งจดจำค่าที่ท่านเลือกไว้ เพื่อช่วยให้การจัดการรายการรออนุมัติสะดวก รวดเร็ว และต่อเนื่องยิ่งขึ้น

ตั้งแต่วันศุกร์ที่ 15 พฤษภาคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป

เพื่อเป็นการยกระดับความปลอดภัยในการใช้งานและช่วยป้องกันการเข้าถึงข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ธนาคารจะเพิ่มขั้นตอนการยืนยันตัวตนแบบสองชั้น (2FA) สำหรับการเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน โดยท่านจะต้องยืนยันตัวตนด้วยรหัสผ่านพร้อมรหัส OTP ทุกครั้งที่มีการเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน
เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานระบบได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ขอให้ท่านตรวจสอบและอัปเดตข้อมูลอีเมล และหมายเลขโทรศัพท์มือถือที่ผูกไว้กับบัญชีให้เป็นข้อมูลปัจจุบัน ผ่าน Admin User หรือติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้า

| Due to the six-month period savings account interest payment scheduled on Saturday, June 20, 2026 |
1. Advance payroll transactions effective on June 20, 2026,
will be credited to the account later than usual.The funds
will be deposited at 06:00 AM onward.
2. The retrieval of reports for transactions on June 20, 2026,
will be delayed. The reports will be available for access
at 07:30 AM on June 20, 2026.
Unable to view the following reports:
- Prior Day's Inquiry - Summary
- Prior Day's Inquiry - Detail
- Prior Day's Statements
- ACCHISTXT - PRIOR DAY INQUIRY - DETAIL
- ACCMT940 - MT940

You will be able to access your statement at 07:30 a.m. on that day.

KBank has enhanced the system to support more efficient search and sorting by company name, as well as the ability to retain your selected preferences. This improvement is designed to facilitate smoother and more efficient management of approval transactions.

To further enhance system security and mitigate the risk of unauthorized access, the Bank will implement Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for password changes. Users are required to authenticate their identity by entering their password in conjunction with a One-Time Password (OTP) each time a password change is performed.
To ensure continuous and uninterrupted access to the system, users are advised to review and keep their registered email address and mobile phone number up to date via Admin User or by contacting their Relationship Manager.
